How should I care for my flowers before shipping them to you?
Handle the flowers/bouquet with care to keep the petals/flowers from tears or bruising. Please do not place it in a fridge or freezer because it can cause them to wilt making it unusable to preserve the flowers.
How many flowers do I need to send?
Usually one bouquet of flowers will be enough for the preservation but if you are ordering a larger product always feel free to add an additional bouquet for extras.
Can you preserve already dried flowers?
Yes. We offer preservation for new and old flowers as long as they are not molded and in good shape to be turned into an amazing and memorable piece of art!
When should I ship my flowers to you?
As soon as you can! We always suggest shipping 24-48 hours after your event for the best preservation!
When will I receive my products?
Depending on the time of the year you can expect to receive your custom products back within 4-6 months from receiving your flowers. The process to make these custom pieces can be lengthy and we only provide you with the most high-quality resin pieces!

Will my resin products change over time?
All the items we create are preserved in the high quality and durable resin but over time resin can develop a slight golden glow. To help this ensure that the product is not in direct sunlight.
